Beard & Barks PLLC is a boutique commercial law firm that represents clients in a variety of industries and practice areas, with a special concentration on business transactions, intellectual property management, and litigation. Our transactional practice includes such matters as corporate and LLC formation, contract negotiation, shareholder disputes, regulatory compliance, trademark and copyright filings, and intellectual property portfolio management. Our litigation practice involves claims for both plaintiffs and defendants in the State and Federal Courts including restraining orders, injunctions, fraud, breach of contract, statutory violations, intellectual property infringement, and regulatory proceedings.
